Language and Linguistics is honored to be named first in Knowledge Communicator Awards in Linguistics and second in the Knowledge Impact Awards in Linguistics by 2019 National Central Library’s Taiwan Citation Index–Humanities and Social Sciences

In order to promote scholar communication, the National Central Library assembles data from databases such as the National Digital Library of Theses and Dissertation in Taiwan, National Central Library’s Taiwan Citation Index–Humanities and Social Sciences and NCL Periodical Information Center. The institution recognizes the academic journals that are of the most cited and impactful each year according to the results.
      Language and Linguistics has been named first in Knowledge Communicator Awards in Linguistics of 2019 National Central Library’s Taiwan Citation Index–Humanities and Social–an award which analyzes the most cited Chinese journals published in Taiwan over the past 30 years in the category of journals, academic theses, monographs, and book chapters. Language and Linguistics also ranks second in the Knowledge Impact Awards in Linguistics–the award distinguishes the Chinese journals published in Taiwan that has the highest impact factor according to the “2018 five-year impact factor.”
