Note:

1. Students: Please present your student ID on the day of registration, or email a photo of your student ID to ilaslf4.2023@gmail.com before the conference.
2. The registration fee includes: conference proceedings, refreshments and lunch during the conference. The conference dinner is not included and needs to be purchased separately during registration.
3. Registration is considered successful only after payment has been completed. Upon successful registration (i.e., after payment has been completed), a confirmation email will be sent. Refunds will not be provided after registration. If you have made the payment but have not received a confirmation email, please contact us.
4. If payment is not received within the specified deadline, the registration will be canceled, and any discounts or special offers will be forfeited. In such cases, please re-submit the registration form. For example, the early bird discount requires registration and payment to be completed by July 31st.After the deadline, the early bird discount will no longer be available, and re-registration will not qualify for the discount. 
5. Participants who register after September 21 will be provided with handwritten name tags due to time constraints.
6. Online registration will be closed once the maximum registration is reached.
