The registration fee includes full access to all conference sessions, refreshments, and lunches during the conference.
The conference banquet is not included and must be purchased separately during registration.
All fees are quoted and payable in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).
Registration Discounts and Fee Waivers
Members of the Association for Computational Linguistics and Chinese Language Processing (ACLCLP) are eligible for a special registration discount.
Organizing Committee, Program Committee, Session Chairs, Demo/Exhibition and ILAS/NINJAL faculty members are exempt from both registration and banquet fees.
Other ILAS/NINJAL affiliates (including cross-appointed faculty, visiting faculty, research assistants, and young scholars) and SOKENDAI students are exempt from registration fees; banquet fees apply.
Students applying for student registration must upload a valid student ID through the online registration system for verification.
Payment and Registration Policies
Registration will be confirmed only after payment has been received.
If payment is not received by the specified deadline, the registration will be canceled, and any applicable discounts or special offers will be forfeited. In such cases, participants must submit a new registration form.
For example, to qualify for the early-bird discount, both registration and payment must be completed by August 15. After this deadline, the early-bird discount will no longer be available, and subsequent registrations will not be eligible for the discounted rate.
Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
